Illuminated eucalyptus trees at night by LightScaper

Looking after what we built.

Welcome

Congratulations on investing in a professional lighting system.

A properly built system is not a purchase, it is part of the architecture — it makes the property safer to move through after dark, it holds its value, and it changes how the house feels every single evening.

It is also the only part of your property that works exclusively at night, when nobody is looking at it closely. That is why we come back.

Why it matters

The garden keeps growing. The lighting doesn’t.

What happens. A tree puts on two feet and the uplight that grazed its trunk now lights the underside of a branch. A hedge fills in and swallows a path light. Lawn creeps over cable. A lamp goes and nobody notices for a month because it only shows at night.

When we come. Every three months, after dark — the only time you can actually see what the system is doing.

What it protects. Your installation carries a full year of parts and labor. Stay on the program and that warranty renews with it, year after year.

On every visit

What the crew actually does.

Test

Every transformer and zone measured for voltage and load, GFCI outlets tested, timer and photocell checked against current sunset times.

Clean

Fixtures opened and cleaned inside and out, mineral scale off the lenses, anti-corrosion coat on sockets and contacts, gaskets reseated.

Repair

Failed lamps replaced like for like, exposed cable reburied, damaged runs repaired with waterproof connectors, tree cable re-clipped with slack left for growth.

Re-aim

After dark, every beam put back on its target and locked off — and foliage that has grown into the light cut back.

Anything beyond that list comes to you as a written estimate within two business days. Nothing extra is done without your approval, and the invoice follows the day after the visit.
